Hi, I am Ricardo.

My wife, two kids, our dog, and I are planting roots in South Florida, and that decision is at the heart of everything StaySouth is about.

I grew up in Florida and have spent more than 10 years working in the vacation rental industry. For most of that time I led U.S. operations for an international vacation rental company, working on bookings and client management across nearly 20,000 properties, with teams spanning both the U.S. and the U.K. That role touched every part of the business: guest experience, sales, accounts, pricing, and operations. The inventory was everything from luxury homes and beachfront condos to large group accommodations, family getaways, and everything in between.

Seeing that much variety taught me what drives bookings: what guests prioritize, what makes them choose one home over another, and how small improvements in presentation and experience can have an outsized impact on reservations and revenue.

That is what led me to StaySouth: bringing that same level of expertise to South Florida, where I can apply it locally, personally, and with the kind of hands-on attention that actually moves the needle for owners.

Outside of work, family comes first, and Florida has always been home. The same values I bring to my family, showing up, being present, and doing things the right way, are the ones I bring to every property I manage.
