Samira's house was exactly what we were looking for, as a family of 4. Location in South Miami Beach was great, and we appreciated to have a parking slot.

Doors are a little damaged, but everything else seems great and just like the pictures!

Stayed there Oct. 5-8, 2026 with family. The apartment is as described. It was clean. The location is great. 5 minutes walk to south beach. There is a fixed parking for the apartment. Appliances works. The building has good security system. The elevator is aged and gave some minor issues. Host is very communicative and supportive. They tried their best to solve issues with lock and toilet to best of their ability and on time. I would recommend this place.Read more

Wow! Such a great find! Palm Grove Villa was spotless, comfortable, upscale, and had everything we needed. The heated saltwater pool and private backyard were easily the highlight. We ended up having our morning coffee and tea by the pool every day. Fully stocked kitchen was amazing. The location was super convenient to beaches and many delicious restaurants but still quiet at night. Love the front patio recliners to end the day. I will absolutely book again.Read more

Great location and clean place. We were there for almost a month, and it was almost impossible to receive a package or mail - both have to be retrieved between 9:30 and 5:00pm, except during lunch. The owner and building management both said that keys, codes, and anything else were the responsibility of the other. We eventually gave up on using a code and shared the one fob between us. Messages to the host requesting to extend our stay by one day were ignored for days, and we finally had to book a different place for the last night of the trip.Read more

The apartment is large and fantastically located. The smell of marijuana from the 2 dispensaries below is something to keep in mind, its not constant but you do get the occasional smell a couple of times a day. No parking on site but there is a parking lot 2 doors down where you can park for $45 per day, coming and going as you need. Overall, would recommend staying here. The location and size are an an absolute win.Read more

Really enjoyed our stay at Palm Grove Villa. The private backyard and heated saltwater pool were easily the highlight—we spent a ton of time out there. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it was close to the beach and restaurants. They had a nice coffee setup too, which we definitely appreciated in the mornings. Having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella ready to go made beach days easy. Check-in was simple, the hosts were responsive, and the place was even better than the pictures. We’d definitely stay again.Read more
