We had a difficult check-in experience during our stay. When we arrived around 1am, we were given the wrong number to unlock the door, which left us locked out for about 45 minutes. After a long day of travel, this was especially challenging as we were with both an elderly family member and a young toddler. Eventually, someone answered the phone and guided us on how to retrieve the key from the lockbox, which we appreciated. However, we did not receive any follow-up call or message afterward to check if everything was resolved. We hope the host can improve communication and ensure accurate check-in instructions for future guests to prevent similar situations.Read more
