Vacation rental management in Southeast Florida.
Locally operated. Nationally backed by Casago. Founded by Ricardo Remak.
Operating in Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach.

Meet Ricardo.
I am Ricardo Remak, the founder of StaySouth. I was raised in Florida and have been licensed in real estate here for over a decade.
For more than 10 years I have worked in vacation rental management, working on bookings and client management across nearly 20,000 properties across the country. I led U.S. operations for an international vacation rental company, working alongside teams in both the U.S. and the U.K., across luxury homes, beachfront properties, large group accommodations, and family rentals.
That experience taught me how a vacation rental operation works at scale. It also showed me where large operations fall short. Owners get lost in the process. Properties become line items. Guest experience suffers when no one is paying close attention. StaySouth is the operation I would want managing my own home.
Four Southeast Florida markets.
Each one has its own guests, its own seasons, and its own rules. We operate each market locally.
Miami
Brickell high-rises, Coconut Grove villas, Wynwood lofts.
Miami Beach
South Beach, Mid-Beach, Sunny Isles. Strict regulations, expertly handled.
Fort Lauderdale
Las Olas, the Intracoastal, beach proximity, year-round demand.
Palm Beach
Worth Avenue, island exclusivity, West Palm Beach, Delray, Boca.
Your property deserves close attention.
Summer 2026 is peak season in Southeast Florida. If your property is on the market and not performing, every week is revenue that does not come back. We handle pricing, marketing, guest experience, compliance, and property care. You stay informed without being involved in the day to day.
