This two-story home is located in the desirable Bermuda Riviera of Fort Lauderdale, where it sits right at the canal's edge. Heading to the beach for the morning? You're only a matter of blocks from the white sand shoreline. There's so much that's special about this home, starting with the sheer size of its waterfront terrace. It's the perfect place to entertain loved ones, whether you're cooling off in the pool, soaking up the sunshine, or telling stories around the firepit as the sun goes down. Step inside to find luxe elements of design at every turn, from the waterfall stone and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to the chic wet bar with a beverage fridge, glassware, and leather stools. The switcher to turn on the spa is on the north side of the house. Please note that the boat lift at the property is not available for guest use and cannot be accessed during guests stay.
