This is a great place for fishing for anyone with a fishing license! When you aren't out on the water yourself, sit back and enjoy watching passing boaters. Continue to enjoy the perfect weather while visiting the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, Colee Hammock Park, the Jungle Queen Riverboat, and Jacaranda Golf Club. Additional attractions like the Historic Stranahan House Museum and Hard Rock Live (In Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood) are both less than 10 miles away. For cruise-goers, the house is very close to the Port Everglades Cruise Port in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Beach are each within a five-mile drive. Back at your stay, the interior is composed of cool marble flooring, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. The open living room's oversized sofa and large TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. Multinational movie streaming is available with a TV box in the sitting room. The adjacent chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. The bedrooms, equally inviting, are adorned with soft linens and plenty of natural lighting. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having access to a marble-lined ensuite bathroom, complete with a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning tie together the marvelous list of interior amenities. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is yacht dockage for up to 70ft yacht. This home is on 80ft of deep waterfront. Waterfront - no fixed bridges. Please Note: There are currently active construction projects taking place in the immediate area, including next door and across the street. During weekdays, guests may notice additional vehicles in the neighborhood as well as some construction sounds audible from inside the property. Construction activity does not occur on weekends, allowing for a quiet and peaceful experience those days. Our 6 stay was one of the most misrepresented and overpriced rental experiences we have encountered. The listing completely failed to disclose that the home is surrounded by active construction. From 7am–5pm daily, there was nonstop machinery, hammering, yelling crews, construction vehicles, and even workers parking in the property driveway. One day, a food cart was parked directly outside serving crews at lunch. This was not a luxury vacation experience , it was a construction zone. The home itself is outdated, with a persistent foul odor, extremely uncomfortable beds and linens, worn bathroom rugs, empty shower dispensers, and only 2 coffee pods provided for six guests over six nights. Most alarming, cleaning crew entered the home early without knocking while my brother was in the shower. Despite repeated complaints, Vacasa refused to meaningfully address any concerns. This property should not be rented until major operation transparency, and hospitality failures are corrected.Read more

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this place five stars. The home being right on the water made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. Sitting outside and enjoying the view was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The house itself was very clean and well kept, which we appreciated right away. The location is also excellent. It is very easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach, which made getting around simple and convenient. Communication with the host was great throughout the entire process. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were even able to check in a little early, which was very helpful. One small thing to be aware of is the plumbing situation mentioned in the listing. During heavy rain we did notice some water coming up as described, but there were no clogged toilets or major issues during our stay. Overall everything else was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed our time here. Five stars and we would happily stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Read more
