Our stay was fantastic, but did unfortunately include several unnecessary or otherwise undisclosed expenses. The unit, amenities and location of the unit are exactly as described. We have stayed in these buildings before and knew exactly what to expect- the description does not disappoint. Unfortunately the unit does require a preliminary “tenant evaluation” application at the cost of $50-$100. This process is described as necessary but is entirely the opposite. Upon questioning the added expense, we were told it was a “new requirement”. As we learned, this was untrue. We paid for and completed the initial application (don’t pay for the express service) but have yet to satisfy their additional application requirements - and yet we’re able to check in, stay and fully utilize the unit and amenities. Additionally, 2 free parking spots are advertised as included, but valet is mandatory and includes a $100 charge. These costs are fair, but should be made clear at from startRead more

I had a great stay here. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The balcony view was really nice with a clear look toward the water even from the higher floor. I also liked that the unit faced north since there was no direct sunrise or sunset coming in, which made it peaceful throughout the day. Everything in the place worked as it should and check-in was easy. I would stay here again.Read more

We loved our stay at this Riviera Beach condo! The unit was clean and well equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We had one minor maintenance problem during our stay but Vacasa responded promptly and arranged a service call. Parking instructions were a bit confusing upon arrival but just utilize the valet for the Happiness tower and you’ll be all set. Short walk along the beach to a 7-11, Subway, and a few other restaurants and shops which was convenient. We enjoyed the bagel / coffee shop each morning. Overall a great stay and really nice unit!Read more
