Also within walking distance lies the Lincoln Road Mall for your shopping convenience, with stores, dining, and plenty of entertainment options. Less than half a mile away and you'll find yourself on the beautiful and atmospheric sidewalk of Española Way, where an array of gorgeous cafes and restaurants await you! This condo contains incredible ivory decor, with a quaint living area, a full kitchen, and a breathtaking view. If you're feeling hungry, whip up a delectable meal for you and your friends using the appliances provided, then gather around the dining room table and feast with your friends. Take advantage of the on-site amenities, such as the hot tub, pool, and spa. Be careful with parking at this unit. At check-in I asked twice about parking and was told to park anywhere, the listing also mentioned a free parking spot, and the host had me register my vehicle in their system. My car was then towed, and I learned only afterward that the unit includes no parking at all (so no need to register your car) The host’s contradicted themselves a lot, in general feel answered by an AI without context, but at the end they refunded the towing fee. The unit could be cleaner and better maintained but the location is great.Read more

This was the worst Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The apartment was in unacceptable condition. The door lock was broken, so the apartment could not be secured and was essentially left open at all times, which felt very unsafe, especially since we were traveling with a small child. There were hairs everywhere and the kitchen was extremely dirty, with utensils lying on the floor next to the trash bin. The windows would not open and to make matters worse, the fire alarm was constantly beeping loudly the entire time. We originally booked the apartment for a month, but we were only able to stay one night because the conditions were simply unlivable. The only reason we stayed even that long was because we had nowhere else to go late at night with a child. The host initially promised a full refund, but later went back on their word and refunded only $297 out of $3,100. The stay was comfortable and as described. Communication was clear. The location is excellent, close to the ocean, and the pool and gym were very convenient. Thank you for hosting!
